- Total course fee: $11,995 GST-free
- The course may be paid in $1,500 GST-free instalments invoiced directly to the student. Payments can be made by direct transfer or credit card. (no additional fees or charges incurred)
Option 2 — Debit Success Instalment Plan
- TacMed Training offers an approved Debit Success instalment option across 6 or 12 month payment options. From as little as $230.68 per week (fees and instalment charges apply)

Submit REACT EOIEmergency Healthcare for Complex Tactical Environments
REACT Medic is TacMed Training's operational stream of the nationally recognised Diploma of Emergency Health Care. REACT prepares individuals to deliver emergency healthcare in remote, austere and complex tactical environments, where clinical decisions must be made under operational pressure. This program is designed for those who operate where risk, responsibility and response intersect.
What REACT Stands For
REMOTE • EMERGENCY • AUSTERE • COMPLEX • TACTICAL
REACT focuses on emergency healthcare delivery in environments where:
- Conditions are unstable or dynamic
- Resources may be limited
- Structured command systems exist
- Situational awareness is critical
- Clinical care occurs within operational constraints
Delivery Format
- Face-to-face practical training
- Scenario-based simulation
- Online learning components
- Structured skills workshops
- Clinical placement (where applicable)
- Simulated or workplace-based practice activities
Specific delivery schedules and locations will be confirmed prior to enrolment.
Entry Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements.
- Demonstrate sufficient English language, literacy and numeracy skills for Diploma-level study.
- Be physically capable of safely participating in practical training.
- Meet any additional requirements outlined during pre-enrolment.
Note: TacMed Training conducts a pre-enrolment process to ensure suitability for the qualification.
Units of Competency
Students must demonstrate competency in all required units to be awarded the qualification.
Issued by TacMed Training (RTO 41552). A Statement of Attainment will be issued for partial completion. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) available for eligible applicants.
